MEET ALISA · LICENSED ESTHETICIAN · WINTER PARK, FL

About Alisa

I started this because I got tired of watching people get sold things their skin didn't need.

I'm a licensed esthetician, and it all comes down to one belief. Most skin doesn't need more. It needs the right thing, in the right order, from someone who's actually paying attention. I call it Method Over Noise, and it runs every decision I make.

My focus is the compromised skin barrier and everything that comes with it: rosacea, redness, chronic skin dryness, breakouts, premature aging. A lot of my clients show up frustrated. They've done the rounds, the med spas, the dermatologists, spent real money, and their skin is still unhappy. I almost always find the same thing: skin that's been over-treated, and never properly read.

I've trained in advanced corrective methods across the U.S., Russia, France, and Japan, including the Sculptural Face Lifting Massage under Yakov Gershkovich. I keep a high-end back bar, real diagnostic equipment, and a medical director on the clinical side. And cleanliness here goes past what the state requires. When something touches your skin, you shouldn't have to wonder.

What I'm most proud of is the changes I've watched happen on real faces. The clients who stay because the plan fit their life, and the ones who tell me they finally felt heard.

A birthday celebration with two women, one older with short hair and glasses, and one younger with long reddish hair, smiling and leaning over a table with a slice of cake with a lit candle and a single orange candy. They are in a dimly lit room with a dark background.

I didn't plan to specialize in damaged skin. I started as a general esthetician. But the longer I worked, the more I kept meeting the same client: someone whose skin had been aggressively peeled, needled, lasered, without anyone stopping to diagnose the root. This approach leaves people with barrier problems. That’s how I decided to spend my career cleaning up the mess instead of adding to it. That's what Method Over Noise really means to me.

I'm from Baku, Azerbaijan, and when I began working in the US I was struck by how low the standard was, and how much of this field runs on trends and upselling. I wanted to offer a different level of care, and to be proud of the work I put my name on.

Outside the studio, family is the center of everything. I'm raising two sons, so my days off are mostly cooking, driving them wherever they need to go, and arguing with my older sister (a full-time hobby). I play tennis. Badly, and happily, and I'm always looking for a new opponent who won't hold it against me.

Here's what I want you to know before you ever walk through my door: once I understand what's actually causing your skin to react, I can treat it properly.

And what you tell me stays with me.

Skin is personal, and it doesn’t keep secrets. What’s happening in your life shows up on your face, so the conversation goes where it goes. Clients tell me about their marriages, their diagnoses, the stress they haven’t told anyone else about. Sometimes it feels less like a skincare appointment and more like a therapy session.

So I don’t discuss my clients, not with other clients, not with friends, not as a story at dinner. Your name, your face, and whatever you tell me in that room stay in that room. If I ever share a photo of your skin, it’s because you gave me permission, and only then.

There's a limit to what I should be treating, and I'll be the one to say so.

Some skin needs a dermatologist, not an esthetician. If what I see on your face is medical, a rash that needs a diagnosis, cystic acne that requires prescription treatment, active infection, I will tell you that directly, and I’ll send you to a dermatologist I trust. Referring you out is part of doing this properly, not a failure of it. I would rather lose the appointment than treat something I shouldn’t be treating. That’s the whole point.

I take a limited number of clients on purpose.

This work takes real time and attention, and I'm not willing to split mine.
If that sounds like what you've been looking for, you know where to find me.
