That's usually when people find me

A close-up black and white photo of a woman with closed eyes, smiling slightly, holding her hand near her face with her finger touching her forehead.

7 in 10 say they have sensitive skin. Dermatologists estimate only 1 in 10 truly do.

So if you think yours is, there’s an 86% chance you’re wrong.

The rest have reactive skin. Skin worn down, over-treated, and pushed until it started fighting back. That isn’t how your skin was born. It’s what happened to it.

And unlike sensitivity, it’s something I can change.

You've tried the lasers, the injectables, the dermatologist, the med spa, the routine that worked for someone else, and your skin is still doing whatever it wants.

This is a private skincare studio in Winter Park, FL. By appointment, one person at a time, no menu to pick from. I look at your skin the day you're sitting in front of me and build the whole treatment plan and homecare routine around what it's actually doing. Not what's trending. Not what's on sale. What YOUR skin needs.

Why nothing you've tried has worked

Skin that won't calm down usually has a barrier problem, and it rarely gets explained. That thin protective layer holds your moisture in and keeps irritation out. Years of over-treatment wear it down: too many actives, too many procedures stacked together, a routine built for somebody else's face.

Once the barrier is compromised, everything just sits on top of it. Redness. Reactivity. Breakouts. That tight, dry feeling no cream seems to fix.

Doing more almost never helps. Knowing what to pull back, and in what order, is the real work. That's what I do.

I work with men and athletes, too.

Barrier damage. Rosacea. Sun damage. Acne that follows someone into their thirties and forties. These conditions don’t care who has them, and men have mostly been left to sort them out alone, usually with whatever's on the shelf at the drugstore. Athletes deal with the same list, plus sweat, heat, friction, and skin that takes a beating week after week.

The approach doesn't change. I look at what your skin is actually doing, and I treat the cause. No preset menu, no upsell.

By Appointment Only · Park Avenue, Winter Park · Licensed Esthetician · Medical Director Oversight · Digital Skin Analysis · Hospital-grade Sterilization

How I work

Skin isn't static, so I don't run preset protocols. Every visit starts with a real look, and when I need to see more, digital skin analysis shows me what's going on under the surface. Then I decide, not off a list of packages, but off what's in front of me.

The goal never changes: less noise, nothing overcorrected, a barrier that can hold its own again.

What I focus on

  • Skin that's doing fine and could be doing better

  • Compromised skin barrier

  • Rosacea and redness

  • Reactive, sensitized skin

  • Chronic dryness

  • Breakouts and adult/teen acne

  • Premature aging

  • Keeping skin healthy, the same way healthy teeth still get a professional cleaning

What to expect on your first visit

STEP 01

In-depth skin analysis

A digital scan reads what's happening below the surface before any decisions are made.

STEP 02

Custom treatment is decided

Techniques, modalities, and products are chosen in real time based on your skin the day of your appointment.

STEP 03

A plan to take home

A specific home care routine based on what your skin showed me. What you do between sessions impacts your results.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

It's private. One on one, every time. You are not in a rotation like most med spas.

Training in U.S., Russia, France, and Japan, including Sculptural Face Lifting Massage under Yakov Gershkovich.

Equipment most studios won't invest in. Medical Director oversight on the clinical side.

Sterilization that goes further than the state requires, including an autoclave Florida says I don't need. I bought one anyway.

The honesty. You will never be sold a treatment or product you don't need. If something won't help you, I'll say so.

Testimonials

"I called to book the sculptural face lifting massage because I had an event coming up. Alisa asked me a lot of questions about my skin and then told me I actually wasn't a good candidate for it. Honestly I wasn't sure about switching, I already had an esthetician I'd been seeing for my breakouts and I felt bad leaving. But it had been like 7 months and my skin really wasn't getting better, I was just telling myself to be patient. Alisa said come in for a consult first, so I did, and I figured I'd give it a shot. That was over 2 years ago now and I'm still with her! My skin is clear now, I get compliments all the time, and I actually love our chats during my treatments."

— Andrea M.

"My skin flared every month before my cycle, breakouts and little white bumps, and nothing I tried calmed it. Alisa looked at it and told me it needed medical support, not just facials, and sent me to a dermatologist. My derm said nothing was wrong. I pushed and got the prescription. From the start, Alisa was treating me every few weeks and had me on a homecare routine that finally was working, and I took the antibiotics for one month alongside all of it. Six months in, my skin is clear. The redness is gone, it doesn't flare anymore, and I've stretched my visits out because I don't need them as often. She was the first person who actually took it seriously."

— Jennifer H.

"I was actually Alisa's friend before I was her client. For years I had this chronic dryness and my old esthetician kept telling me I needed to exfoliate more, she gave me these strong peel pads and I used them like she said. It just kept getting worse. When Alisa opened her own place I went in for a consult, and we did a skin scan. My hydration came back at 4, when the minimum is supposed to be 25. No wonder my skin was miserable. Alisa changed my whole treatment plan and my routine at home. It's been 3 years now, my skin feels calm and hydrated, it looks plumper, and I get many compliments."

— Gina T.
