Book Your Appointment, Winter Park, FL
Appointments
Appointments are reserved as dedicated time for evaluation and treatment. There are no preset menus or fixed protocols.
Clients often arrive with questions, changes they've noticed, or the sense that their skin no longer responds the way it used to.
What happens during the visit is guided by what the skin shows that day: condition, response, and tolerance. Approach, techniques, and products are selected accordingly.
The first visit includes additional time for in-depth skin analysis. Arrive with clean skin, free of any products, to ensure the most accurate assessment.
Appointments are scheduled in advance.
First Visit
You don't need to know exactly what your skin needs to start.
That assessment happens here.
STARTING POINT OF CARE
$325
For first-time clients, whether your skin is reactive, rosacea-prone, sensitized, or over-treated, or simply healthy and ready for expert level maintenance. The starting point is understanding your skin and finding the direction for your care. I begin with a full skin analysis, digital and manual, then a customized treatment I select during the session based on what your skin shows. You leave with a clear baseline, a home care recommendation, and a treatment plan. Products are an additional cost and never required, and the treatment plan carries no commitment.
SKIN ANALYSIS + CONSULTATION
$175
For anyone who wants to understand their skin. Assessment and planning only, no treatment is included. I begin with a full skin analysis, digital and manual, followed by a complete consultation. Together we look at what your skin is doing and why, and I map out the right direction for your care. You leave with a clear baseline, a homecare routine recommendation, and a plan for what comes next (no commitment required).
SCULPTURAL FACE LIFTING MASSAGE
$250
A sculptural face massage designed to release emotional tension held in the face while lifting and toning deep facial muscles. This treatment supports visible lift and relaxation without injections or surgery.
HAIR & SCALP DE|RIVE TREATMENT
$600
For thinning hair and a scalp that needs support, from stress, age, or change. DE|RIVE is a plant-based, hormone-free treatment made from secretory factors cultivated from organic plant stem cells. These work with the body's own regenerative processes to nourish the scalp and support follicle function.
Returning Clients
If you've been here before, you don't need to start over. Book the visit that aligns with your ongoing plan.
CONDITION BASED SKIN TREATMENT
$275
The core treatment of the practice, for skin with a specific condition driving it, whether that is rosacea, redness, sensitized or reactive skin, a compromised barrier, chronic dryness, breakouts, or for skin that is healthy and simply needs maintenance. Every session is shaped by what your skin shows that day, with techniques, modalities, and products chosen in real time for your skin's condition, response, and tolerance. Products are an additional cost and never required, though recommended, since progress happens at home.
NEEDLELESS MESOTHERAPY TREATMENT
$325
For skin that is dealing with dullness, dehydration, redness, or early fine lines that a cream alone may not fully address. Needleless mesotherapy uses oxygen infusion, ultrasound, and microcurrent to carry active ingredients past the surface, without needles or downtime. The serum isn't fixed. I mix the cocktail to match your skin's condition that day, chosen for what your skin actually needs rather than a one-size formula. A gentler, non-invasive way to get real actives working.
SCULPTURAL FACE LIFTING MASSAGE
$250
A sculptural face massage designed to release emotional tension held in the face while lifting and toning deep facial muscles. This treatment supports visible lift and relaxation without injections or surgery.
GROWTH FACTORS TREATMENT
$375
For skin working through fine lines, uneven tone, acne scarring, or early aging. Microchanneling delivers micro-doses of a Growth Factor serum just below the surface, where they signal the skin to repair and rebuild. It's a gentler form of microneedling, designed to do the work with less trauma and an easier recovery.
HAIR & SCALP DE|RIVE TREATMENT (RETURNING CLIENT)
$600
For thinning hair and a scalp that needs support, from stress, age, or change. DE|RIVE is a plant-based, hormone-free treatment made from secretory factors cultivated from organic plant stem cells. These work with the body's own regenerative processes to nourish the scalp and support follicle function.
PLANT-BASED EXOSOME TREATMENT
$495
For reactive, sensitized, or over-treated skin that needs repair without aggression. EXO|E is a plant-based exosome system built from plant secretory factors that signal the skin to repair, calm, and rebalance. It contains no acids, fragrance, or harsh additives, which is why it suits compromised and recovering skin. The concentrated serum is delivered alongside treatment, with pre and post care that primes the skin first and calms it after. A gentler route to firmer, more resilient skin over time.
PRP TREATMENT
$495
For skin working through fine lines, uneven texture, or early aging, using your body's own repair signals. Microchanneling creates fine channels in the skin while PRP, drawn and concentrated from your own blood, is delivered into them to support collagen and renewal. Because it comes entirely from you, there's nothing foreign introduced. Expect mild redness and little downtime, with results that build over the weeks after as collagen continues to form.
COLLAGEN TREATMENT
$250
For skin starting to lose firmness and definition, without needles or downtime. A professional three-step mask system built around polycaprolactone and collagen, ingredients used to support firmness and elasticity. The first layer nourishes and firms, the second supports the look of a tighter, more defined face contour, and a collagen-and-ceramide mist finishes by hydrating and reinforcing the barrier. You leave looking lifted and calm, ready to return to your day.
BARRIER RESET BOOSTER
$225
A focused session for a single concern, no extractions or massage. For over-treated, sensitized, or chronically reactive skin, and for recovery after a procedure. If your skin has been pushed too far by too many treatments or too many actives, this session is about rebuilding. No stimulation, no exfoliation, no pressure on a barrier under stress. It calms the skin, reduces reactivity, and reinforces the barrier so it can function again. A good session for skin healing after laser, surgery, or injectables.
ROSACEA CALMING BOOSTER
$225
A focused session for a single concern, no extractions or massage. For active rosacea, chronic redness, vascular reactivity, flushing, and heat sensitivity. Rosacea skin is easily aggravated, and many standard treatments make it worse without meaning to. This session is built around what rosacea needs: calming inflammation, easing vascular activity, and strengthening the barrier so it's less reactive to triggers. Nothing here stimulates. Everything is chosen to quiet the skin and keep triggers out.
HYDRATION INFUSION BOOSTER
$225
A focused session for a single concern, no extractions or massage. For chronic dehydration, tight or dull skin, a barrier that isn't holding moisture, and premature aging. Dehydrated skin and dry skin are not the same. Dehydration is a barrier problem: the skin isn't holding water, which shows up as tightness, dullness, and fine lines. This session delivers hydration, not just on the surface, and reinforces the barrier's ability to hold it.
ACNE PRONE SKIN BOOSTER
$225
A focused session for a single concern, no extractions or massage. For breakout-prone skin, hormonal or teenage acne, congestion, athletes, and oily, reactive skin. Acne is driven by a mix of clogged pores, excess oil, bacteria, and inflammation, often on a barrier that's already compromised. It combines a medical-grade Environ peel to clear congestion without stripping, high-frequency to help reduce bacteria, LED to calm and support recovery, and a mask. Works with your skin's own repair process.

BODY ROLL SESSION
$80
Bi-directional wooden rollers with infrared heat. You move through a sequence of positions against the rotating drum, standing, seated, on your side. Sixteen in all. Used to support the appearance of cellulite, lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, circulation, and relaxation. The infrared widens blood vessels and warms the tissue, so the rolling works deep without the discomfort of deep tissue massage. Choose a preset protocol or build your own.
RED LIGHT & ZERO GRAVITY AIR MASSAGE
$80
A structured recovery session running three modalities at once. Full-body red and near-infrared light, twenty minutes on the front of the body and ten on the back, supporting collagen production, cellular repair, and muscle recovery. Zero-gravity spinal decompression: the chair reclines you to neutral posture, lifting the load off the spine and elevating the legs above the heart. Air compression therapy: rhythmic compression along the back, glutes, and lumbar. Three systems, one session, on you at once.
BODY ROLL, RED LIGHT & ZERO GRAVITY AIR MASSAGE
$140
Body roll first, then the chair. The roll works the tissue, moves fluid, and warms everything through. Then you recline into the zero-gravity chair, where air massage and full-body red light finish the work, the muscles released, the spine unloaded, the skin and deep tissue supported at the cellular level. A complete session, and the one where all you do is show up

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. A med spa is a medical practice offering injectables, lasers, and devices under a physician. I don't do any of that.
This is a private studio with one practitioner. Every appointment is one person at a time, no rotation of staff, no menu to choose from. I'm a licensed esthetician, a medical director oversees the clinical side, and the work here is restorative: reading what your skin is actually doing, then rebuilding it in an order it can tolerate. That takes time, and it takes knowing your skin.
If what you need is a filler or a laser, I'll tell you, and I'll send you to someone good.
-
Go, if you need what they do. Injectables and laser resurfacing are real tools, and for the right skin at the right time they work. If that's what you need, I'll say so and send you to someone good.
The trouble isn't the treatments. It's the order. Aggressive work assumes the skin underneath can recover from it, and if the barrier is already compromised, it can't. So the result doesn't hold, the skin reacts, and the answer is usually another treatment. That's how someone ends up in my chair having spent thousands and gotten nowhere.
A dermatologist diagnoses and prescribes. A med spa treats. Restorative skincare is the work in between: figuring out what your skin can actually tolerate, and rebuilding it in an order that holds. Sometimes that means you're ready for the laser. Sometimes it means you never needed it.

That's usually when people find me. I want to say this clearly, because it's the thing that stops people from booking: you don't have to get your skin under control before you come in. There's no state your skin needs to be in first. If you're mid-flare, broken out, peeling, red, if you've been picking, if you stopped using everything three weeks ago because you didn't know what else to do, that's exactly the version of your skin I need to see. Skin that's been cleaned up for an appointment tells me almost nothing.
Nothing you show me will surprise me. I'm not going to make a face, and I'm not going to ask why you let it get this bad because that's not a question with a useful answer, and it usually wasn't your fault. Most of the skin I see got this way by following advice.
There's nothing to prepare. Come with clean skin and no product on it, and I’ll start from what's actually there. The first visit is a long appointment on purpose. It’s quiet, one person, no one else in the room. If you've been putting this off, book anyway.

Usually two or three sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, before you notice real change. Getting a condition properly under control takes about five or six months, not weeks. Reactive skin often calms sooner; barrier repair and pigment take longer. What you do at home between visits matters more than what happens on the table.
-
Then you're in the right place. About 71 percent of adults describe their skin as sensitive, and most of them have never had it properly looked at.
Sensitive skin is something you're born with, and it isn't that common. Reactive skin is skin reacting to something, over-exfoliation, the wrong products, a barrier worn down by trying to fix it. That's not who your skin is. It's what happened to it, and it's fixable. We go slowly, one thing at a time, and if something isn't tolerated, we stop.
-
A limited number, on purpose. This work takes dedicated time and attention per client — that's not something I'm willing to rush.
-
Yes. Just note it on your intake form. Pregnancy and breastfeeding change what's appropriate, and I adjust for both, with pregnancy-appropriate products throughout and treatments chosen accordingly. Some things I won't do while you're pregnant, and I'll tell you which and why.
A lot of pregnant clients come in because their skin has changed. Hormones shift, and dryness is usually the first thing they notice, along with sudden sensitivity or breakouts that arrived out of nowhere. That's worth looking at.

Wait four weeks before any facial treatment, and tell me either way. Filler needs time to settle, and Botox needs time to finish doing what it does. Massage, heat, and pressure applied too soon can move things. Sculptural Facial Lifting in particular is off the table until then.
After that window, having had injectables doesn't rule out anything. Plenty of my clients get them. I just need to know what you've had and when.
