The Wellness Zone
Your skin is not separate from the body it sits on.
Here is something most people never learn. Your circulatory system has a pump. Your heart moves blood whether you think about it or not. Your lymphatic system has none. It moves only when you move, when your muscles contract, when something works the tissue from the outside. Sit still long enough and it slows, and waste settles into the tissue as puffiness, dullness, and skin that is slow to recover from everything you do to it.
So I built a room for the rest of the body: three machines, chosen the way I choose everything here, for what they do.
Body Roll
Bi-directional wooden rollers with infrared heat. You move through a sequence of positions against the rotating drum, each one bringing a different part of the body into contact with the rollers. Standing, seated, on your side, or on your back. Sixteen positions.
The machine runs a protocol built around what you want to target, or one you build yourself, with twelve programs and eight drum speeds to choose from.

The infrared is what separates this from a wooden roller. It reaches the deeper layers of the skin and widens the blood vessels, so the heat and the rolling work as one. Circulation drives into the muscle. Tight tissue releases the way it does under deep-tissue hands, without the discomfort of it, and soreness and stiffness settle faster.
Cellulite. Reduces its appearance over a course of sessions
Lymphatic drainage. Supports circulation and reduces fluid retention
Body sculpting. Supports tone, firmness, and elasticity
Circulation. Mechanical stimulation and infrared warmth, together
Recovery. Releases soreness and stiffness after training
Sessions run 35 minutes to an hour.
Red Light and Zero Gravity Air Massage
You arrive, you recline, and the rest is handled. Two recovery technologies work on you at once.
You settle into a Human Touch zero-gravity chair. A single touch lays you back into the neutral position, legs above the heart, spine at rest, your weight so evenly distributed that the pressure lifts off your back entirely. It's the position the chair is built around, and the body lets go the moment it arrives there. Air massage moves along the back, the glutes, and the lower back, and warmth runs through three zones beneath you.
And while the chair works, the light does its own quiet work. Full-body red and near-infrared, seven wavelengths at once, no heat and no glare. Every cell makes its own energy, and a tired cell makes less of it. The light is meant to support that process. The skin’s collagen is supported, the muscle recovers, and the near-infrared reaches deeper than the red. These are FDA Class II panels, the same light I use on your face, over the whole of you.
-
Reduced spinal pressure, the weight lifted off the back and joints
Circulation, with the legs elevated above the heart
Air massage along the back, glutes, and lumbar
Heat through three zones
Deep muscular release
-
Collagen and skin renewal
Muscle recovery and reduced soreness
Circulation and cellular health
Deep muscle and joint support
Inflammation
Sleep and deep rest
The chair lifts the load from your spine and works your muscles while the light rebuilds you at the cellular level. All of it at once, while you lie still and let it happen.
For the body that trains
Athletic tissue and athletic skin wear down the same way over-treated skin does. Too much stress, not enough recovery, and this room is the recovery.
The roll clears the fluid from tired legs. The light rebuilds the muscle and joint that training breaks down. The chair takes the load off the spine entirely. Used the day after a hard session, or the day before one, it changes how the next week feels, and it takes nothing from your training.
The room
The Wellness Zone is a private room, and it's yours alone for the length of your visit. You have the room to yourself for the length of your visit, no waiting, no sharing it with anyone else.
Wear fitted athletic clothing. Leggings and a close-fitting top work best, since loose fabric catches in the rollers. Bring something to change into if you're coming from work, and come with clean skin, no lotion or oil on the body.
This room isn't for everyone. If you're pregnant, it isn't for you, and I'd rather tell you now than at the door. If you have an implanted medical device, or take anything that makes you sensitive to light, reach out before you book and we'll sort it out.
Book it on its own, or alongside a treatment.
